"The driver claimed to have come to the hotel on time but I had been standing outside the hotel for five minutes before he was due. He then said that he couldn't wait in the car park because he would have incurred a parking fine. The journey was then marked as complete. I called the taxi firm and they said I was a no show. When I pointed out that I had been waiting since before the pickup time they sent the driver back. Unfortunately I missed my train."

The Normal M4 route was closed but we went on a long detour via M40 vs via A4 and then back on M4 so journey could have been quicker."

"The driver was great, the car was great. As a foreigner coming to another country, going to a place where I have never been, I rely on local competence to get where I want to go. You didn't know where my destination address was. That's a fail. What's really bad, is that since you didn't know where it was, I was a bit worried if I was going to be picked up on time. I sent an email with detailed description, it bounced (you need to get better web/mail support) and even worse, I called monday morning to make sure, and NO ONE ANSWERED! Not ok, fail. But the driver was in time, it was the same driver as on friday, thus I suppose he now knew where to find me, also I stood beside the road, making it easy for him to see me. This shouldn't be something a customer of yours should worry about. But, the driver was friendly and courteous."

"Our pick-up was from the Legoland hotel in Windsor to home journey in Luton. The driver was already waiting for us when we came out of the hotel and was standing by the doors, he asked if we were travelling to Luton and confirmed my name. We were picked up in a Mercedes which was clean and comfortable and very roomy for 4 passengers and 2 cases. Throughout our journey home the driver was very friendly and chatty, we had a range of conversations on the way home. "
