"I arrived and noone was there to greet. The driver had left a txt message to say call when I arrived I dud thus but no answer and I waited another 15 mins before he rxt to say go to pick up point. I went to pick up point and he was not there...apparently he had parked on level 1 of the car park. After I had made it to the point with all my bags I finally found him. He then went and paid for the car park which he then charged me upon my arrival back home. I thought this was all included in the price I paid by card. The driver was polite but I did not expect to be walking around the airport bags in tow and then paying extra for parking. Will not use this service again."

Driver rang me several times to ask how long I would be. We were waiting to collect our luggage so I couldn't say. Then when we finally located our driver outside he was unable to open the boot to put our luggage in! Bear in mind we had had a night flight and with 3 children were extremely tired a d just wanted to get home. This went on for about 10mins until in the end the cases had to go in via the back seats. The driver did not know directions back so we had to guide him. As I said outward 100% satisfied but return journey was awful."

This was 2 hours waiting which I understand is long however the fact that our driver called to say he was leaving and wasn’t going to send another driver is an absolute disgrace and utterly ridiculous! We tried to lodge a complaint and he hung up and left the airport. Now have paid almost £200 for a taxi that couldn’t be bothered waiting for us or organising a replacement vehicle for an issue that was outside of our control. Have tried calling the company and they won’t answer either. A total scam!"

"I asked for children's seats and received none. The driver informed that due to Covid measures they are not available. But nobody informed beforehand. I was there with two kids, 3 and 6, about to catch a flight and be on the highway without safety. No excuses here, fortunately, we had a safe ride. I don't want to put publicly a bad review but I will not put a good one (which I would have if it was not for that) either. P.s.: seriously, what do kids seats have to do with Covid? Stop that silly excuse! Do you mean that you disinfect the whole car and you cannot disinfect the seats? Silly excuse, please stop it. A kid can have very bad injuries from a minor crash and you want to protect them from COVID instead? Are you serious?"

In the afternoon I received 2 x No Caller ID calls but no messages were left. I realised my timing mistake and called MK Prestige Cars who initially couldn't find a record of my booking, then called back at 17.20 to say a car would arrive at 17.30, but by this time I'd made other arrangements, but asked if I could still be collected from my proposed direction at 22.30, and was happy to forfeit cost of the outbound part of the trip. I was told this was not possible and nothing could be done. Not particularly could customer service, and will not be using this company or the App in future "

"The cab failed to arrive so I rang about 45 minutes after it was due. I was told that I had cancelled the trip during the afternoon which was completely untrue; certainly no apology. It was suggested that they could get a cab to me in about 45 minutes but as this didn't arrive either I ordered a cab from another company which arrived within 15 minutes. A driver from MK cars then rang and told me they were about 15 minutes away. I told them I now had a cab and not to bother coming. I'm fairly certain my booking was forgotten. I certainly didn't cancel it. Furthermore, the MK website cleverly led me to believe I was ordering from Kingshill Cars - possibly my fault for not checking and checking again. Lesson learnt. Incidentally, it was Kingshill Cars who took me home without any fuss. Please arrange to return my money. Alternatively, I will ask Barclaycard to do this for me. Please do publish my feedback. "

He then said that he couldn't wait in the car park because he would have incurred a parking fine. The journey was then marked as complete. I called the taxi firm and they said I was a no show. You didn't know where my destination address was. That's a fail. What's really bad, is that since you didn't know where it was, I was a bit worried if I was going to be picked up on time. I sent an email with detailed description, it bounced (you need to get better web/mail support) and even worse, I called monday morning to make sure, and NO ONE ANSWERED! Not ok, fail. But the driver was in time, it was the same driver as on friday, thus I suppose he now knew where to find me, also I stood beside the road, making it easy for him to see me. This shouldn't be something a customer of yours should worry about. But, the driver was friendly and courteous."
